About the Presenter:
Meghan B. Sullivan, a managing partner of Sullivan, Hayes & Quinn, LLC and an employment law litigator, received a B.A. degree from Wheaton College and a J.D. degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law, where she was awarded the West Publishing American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in the field of Constitutional Law.
For a number of years, Ms. Sullivan has been named one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in her field and most recently, she received the award of Springfield, MA “Lawyer of the Year” in the field of management-side labor law for 2015.
In addition to an extensive litigation background, Ms. Sullivan is experienced in the areas of labor and employment law, discrimination law, labor relations, affirmative action, OSHA compliance, personnel policy and training.
